Our desks are ALWAYS 160cm wide and 80cm deep. The movement spaces for each guest are large and airy in order to provide the best working comfort.

Meeting / Event rooms
The meeting rooms, bookable with an online booking system also by external guests, are available throughout the co-working and can accommodate from 4 to 16 people. All equipped with the latest video conferencing technologies, they are tastefully furnished, modern and elegant. A fully equipped event room is available that can accommodate between 50 and 60 guests.

All the spaces have been designed and furnished to provide maximum living and working comfort. The style is modern and extremely refined in every detail, from the seats to the lounge areas and high-quality finishes. The dividing spaces are glassed in order to let natural light enter every corner of the building.

24/7 secure access
Each space is monitored by cutting-edge security systems that guarantee access control in the building, on individual floors and in the individual areas of the Co-Working, including the private offices of each guest. A camera system records every movement on each floor, maintaining a history of the recordings for an entire month.

Downtown Lugano
We are in the heart of the City of Lugano. Via Pietro Peri 21b is the very beginning of the pedestrian area of the city, so all the available services are reachable with a few minutes walk. The main hub of the Lugano Bus lines is less than 100m from our building, as is the funicular that takes you directly to the train station.
